Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Nexra AI collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.

Last updated 6 September 2026

01

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. When you submit the consultation form this includes your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details you provide about your business, tools and requirements.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

02

How we use it

Submitted information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a discovery conversation and scope proposed work. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for unrelated marketing.

03

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or comparable legislation applies, we process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us.

04

Service providers

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to host this site and deliver messages. These providers process data on our instructions only. Where a provider is used to route enquiries to our inbox or CRM, the information you submitted is passed to it for that purpose.

05

Retention

Enquiry records are retained while a conversation or engagement is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

06

Security

Credentials for any connected system are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Access is limited to the people who need it, integrations use least-privilege scopes, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

07

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not build cross-site profiles of visitors. If analytics are introduced they will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here before being enabled.

08

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable period.

09

Client project data

Data handled inside systems we build for clients is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this policy. Data handling, retention and access rules for a build are agreed in writing before any system is connected.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the business or the site changes; the date above always reflects the current version. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact form.

This policy describes current practice for this website. If your organisation requires a data processing agreement or a specific security review before engaging, contact us and we will work through your process.
